I have been a customer of Benzel Busch for 27 years. In terms of sales and leases, I have leased my last 3 SLKs over a period of 10 years through Nancy Attardo, my sales representative at the Dealership. Nancy is great and she typlifies the high standards of the sales force. As a customer, you do not negotiate with Nancy. She knows your needs, preferences and what you can afford. With that information, she attempts to structure the best possible deal for her customer. To illustrate how her priority is the best interest of the customer and not her self interest, years ago I was prepared to turn in my car and lease a new car. Nancy suggested to me that I extend my then current lease for a few months instead and lease a new car thereafter because she learned that Mercedes Benz Financial would be offering more attractive leases for me at that time. I followed her suggestion and it substantially worked to my advantage. In terms of service, my service consultant for the past 15 years has been Chris Izeman at the Dealership. He has come to know me well and always attempts to accommodate me. Chris is knowledgable and strives to deliver good quality service. He NEVER tries to sell you a service that is unnecesary. One of the most important factors is that Benzel Busch has so many long term employees which is unusual for an automobile dealership.You build relationships with these employees and you are not a strangerto them. I've been a customer of Benze Busch for several years and recently purchased an Audi from them, in addition to my GL-450. While my experience up until now was truly outstanding - significantly better than my recently purchased an Audi from them, in addition to my GL-450. While my experience up until now was truly outstanding - significantly better than my Lexus and Range Rover experience - I was disappointed with the recent handling of my loaner car request. The last time I had body work done at BB I was provided a loaner car as long as I didn't go through insurance. The concern with insurance, which I understand, is that the resolution time can be long. So last week, as I had previously done, I scheduled an appointment through Robert Bruce, who again stated that a loaner is not usually provided if I go through my insurance to cover collision damage. I assured him that I would pay for the work out of my own pocket, but was still denied a loaner. Given BB concern for the customer service,and given that I am a repeat customer for all service and body work, this was a disappointing response. Ultimately, I canceled the appointment and am trying to eithe rcoordiante a ride with a friend or drop car off at a local repair shop that does proved a loaner. More

As a first time Mercedes buyer David made us feel welcome and helped us get the best deal to fit our needs. The whole transaction was smooth sailing and we were in the drivers seat in no time. Although we were looking at several other dealers and even told David so, he never gave up on us. It was this type of follow up and friendly attitude that tipped the scales to do business with Benzel- Busch. I had head light issues...Frank & I arranged a meeting place we exchanged cars(he brought me a loaner). The next day head lights were fixed.
