My sales associate Jiuen was the BEST! I have been searching for a small suv for quite sometime and although it was hard to leave the Porsche brand behind, I truly feel a new level of love for the Mercedes brand!!!

I have been a loyal costumer of Benzel Busch since 1987. Lou Gallo has been my sales agent since early 2000. Our latest MB 2026 is the 4th that Lou has helped us in purchasing. I highly recommended Lou Gallo to our friends and relative. We moved to Pennsylvania in 2022 after we purschased our2019 E300MB. When my wife decided to change her car, I called Lou that we want a new E350. He helped us put a new order for E350 in April, we got the new car mid June. We are happy that we got it at Benzel and Busch even though we have Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley here in Allentown PA. We have to drive 2 hours from Bethlehem PA because Mr Lou Gallo has been nice to us. Hoping that this will not be our last MB that we will get fron Lou Gallo and Benzel Busch.

My experience at Benzel-Busch was excellent. The receptionist at the front desk greeted us and made us feel very comfortable. The showroom was very impressive and sparkling clean. But my salesperson, Joseph Simsek was "The Best." He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail to me. He made sure that we were on the same page as the process moved forward. I would highly recommend Joseph Simsek and Benzel-Busch Motors.
