Frank is the most amazing person I have met when dealing with cars. Everytime there is a problem with my SL or ML, he treats me with respect, gets me a loaner car (even if I walk in that day complaining), i with cars. Everytime there is a problem with my SL or ML, he treats me with respect, gets me a loaner car (even if I walk in that day complaining), is ALWAYS similing. He is always friendly and if the quality of workmanship is poor, (it only happened once), he will gladly reaccept your car for service, give you a loaner, and make sure you are happy. He also treats everyone respectfully. My sales experience has been less than subpar, but Service with Frank has been amazing. Frank is the best person you will EVER meet when dealing with Mercedes.
