Aside from his knowledge and professionalism, Lou was personable, expeditious and accomodating. Thank you Lou for everything. Deej Hollad was also extremely helpful. She was both knowledgeable and personable. In fact, she presented us with some options that at the end of the day were of great value ad savings. I had a deal for a new car. After spending hours at the dealership and countless emails before, we had agreed to a price and the exact specifications of the car. At the dealership, I even shook hands with dealership and countless emails before, we had agreed to a price and the exact specifications of the car. At the dealership, I even shook hands with both David and his manager after the terms were agreed to. Afterwards, out of no where they demand a $10,000 deposit. Not only was no deposit requirement previously mentioned, outside of the typical fees and 1st month's payment, but the amount seemed incredibly high and well above what any other dealership was asking. To spring an uncommon (and I would argue ridiculous) requirement after a deal had been verbally agreed to was very unprofessional in my opinion, and is the reason why I do not wish to work with this dealership anymore. It is an old salesperson trick, slip in something at the last second while the buyer is still euphoric about the new purchase. Apparently, this dealership thinks its customers are dumb enough to fall for it. More
THE WORST. Sold me a r350 that spent no less than 4 months in the shop with various issues. Dealership made to attempt to remedy my situation. Rented me a camry. Liars. Downright thieves. Promised to pay for some of the payments while the car was undriveable. Never did. But did try to use the issue to sell me a new car. Promising a "great deal" fopr all teh trouble I dealt with. Found a better deal at the dealership down the block from me. More

He did an excellent job in searching for vehicles outside of his current inventory and was exceptionally responsive when our initial vehicle fell through. Michael displayed excellent customer service throughout this experience and was available via work phone, cell phone and e-mail. He provided updates on the scheduled delivery and even delivered the truck directly to my wife's office. I highly recommend Michael and look forward to dealing with him in the future. More
After we decided to purchase a ML350 we started a quotation online. Michael send me all the information we needed and with a very competitive price. However, after talking with a few local dealers we were very upset and felt like we wasted our time. Some dealerships have "online promotion department" but they are talking totally different languages from the real sales person that you meet at the dealership. The excitement of buying a new car turned into a angry argument with the local dealers. Michael, on the other hand, is beyond our expectation. He worked hard with us to make sure we get all the information we need before our visit and when we were in his office the brand new car is waiting for us! We paid the price as we discussed previously and then the only thing left is to take this new baby home. The very next day Michael called me to make sure I'm happy with everything. That's what I call professional. Will definitely recommend him to my friends if they are interested in any Mercedez. More
