Smart - My smartest car decision and great vechile. It was a process for me to decide on the right electric vehicle as I commute to work daily. He help me understand the limitations and the benefits (which outweigh the limits) and I bought the car within an hour. He helped with the color choices and got my car shipped from Delaware within a day. When I picked up the Smart car I was in and out within an hour and got a full detail of the financing and a complete tour of the car and it's features. My sales agent and team was truly amazing. I have been buying cars for 20+ years and this is truly the best experience I have ever had. No hassle and no nonsense. The cars performance is perfect and it gets me back and forth with any issues. For a first timer the charging of that vehicle was a very easy to use experience. I found my personal car dealer and I'm coming back to BB for my next car.
