Rafael from Benzel-Busch I just had a baby a couple of months ago so car shopping was the last thing I wanted to do...That is, until I stepped into Benzel-Busch and met my sal I just had a baby a couple of months ago so car shopping was the last thing I wanted to do...That is, until I stepped into Benzel-Busch and met my sales associate Rafael. Normally the sales person is overly aggressive which causes anxiety. Rafael was so far from pushy and had the patience of a saint! The showroom was closing and never once did he look at his clock or rush me to get out. He knew my time was limited due to the baby and worked out a schedule that accommodated me when picking up my new car. The best part was he even had the dealership pick me up so I could get a babysitter for my son. Above and beyond is what he went for me and I can't thank him enough. Aside from loving my salesman the car he guided me into was a perfect fit for me. Every day I get into it I feel safe and stylish! For me I not only landed a great car but feel like I made a friend. Benzel-Busch is lucky to have Rafael as an employee. Amazing customer service ALWAYS with a smile is what Rafael is about. Consider yourself lucky if you have him as your account representative because he will never steer you wrong! Thank you times a million Rafael you certainly have me as a customer and I will absolutely pass on the word to anyone looking. More

Went in due to Headlight bulb outtage Everything went great from the moment I pulled into the driveway.. The girl greeted me and asked me if I had an appt. I informed her I was a bit early Everything went great from the moment I pulled into the driveway.. The girl greeted me and asked me if I had an appt. I informed her I was a bit early and she replied " absolutely not a problem". Tom came out and introduced himself and noticed the bulb was out. He assured me it would be taken care of and my car would be washed afterwards. Everything was done and the senior tech in the express service area Ahmed I think his name is.. Changed the bulb right away. Tom then came about 20 mins later and handed me my keys and said I was all set. My car was washed and even my weathertech liners were washed.. Wow excellent service. I would definitely recommend and will continue to place my trust on Benzel Busch express service and entire service dept. Great coffee all the time to top it off.. Tom... Great job getting me in, and out without a hassle... More
