My last name was misspelled when setting up the account email address and as a result i could never set up my account on the Mercedes Me app. I reached out for help and followed up with the sales person on email address and as a result i could never set up my account on the Mercedes Me app. I reached out for help and followed up with the sales person on a weekly basis for two months - no response. This is by far the worst experience i ever had with Mercedes Benz and it’s my 5th MB car! More
