It would help if the dealer (Bentley Hyundai) provided the customer with a written explanation of why they recommend service above and beyond what is in the Owners Manual for this car (even the Severe Usage schedule). I realize that all car manufacturers list the minimum service in their Owners Manuals so that their cars are not categorized as expensive to maintain, and this puts any dealer is in a tricky position. However the dealer obviously recommends additional service for a reason and it would be helpful if they provided their reasons to the customer. I realize that many dealers recommend additional service above and beyond what is in the Owners Manual, so this is a common practice.

I’ve already talked to him the day after it froze the first time no need to talk to him as he was telling me the whole time how he could get out of a warranty repair. His big thing was a hole in the condenser so I’m guessing since no hole in the condenser he went to an overcharged system. Like I said 138.88 bill for me is a 35,000.00+ loss for you. That Limited Hybrid Tucson will be bought at another dealer. Danny Rogers is the best salesman you could have, he has been looking for one for 8 months and I had to tell him today I won’t be back. We have sent him 3 customers who bought cars there but no more. I’m DONE.
