I bought a 2022 Tesla model 3 long from Benji auto sales. They delivered the car without a temporary tag, it took dealership 2 weeks to send me temporary tag. I went to Tesla dealership in Memphis TN , give them the VIN number found out the car was salvaged and Tesla said it is not safe to drive. I came home and googled the VIN number found out car was salvaged. Call the dealership send them all the pictures and information they didn't answer my call and they didn’t respond to my emails. These people are crooks untrustworthy and if you asking me they are criminals. More

When I finally got my car back after 2 months It cam eback with a big DENT AND SCRATCH in the back of the car no apolgies or rembursment for that either, and last but not least David committed insurance fruad under our name and had me driving wihtout being covered!! The team on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando took good care of me, my sales person was Caleb, a kind kid very interested in dealing with me on the up-and-up, there were a bunch of typical used car dealer care of me, my sales person was Caleb, a kind kid very interested in dealing with me on the up-and-up, there were a bunch of typical used car dealer fees that I told them I wasn’t paying, it helped that I was prepared to pay "cash", no financing. I made a fair deal with them (2020 Kia Niro EV, 35K miles, clean Carfax, advertised at $14,500, with fees became $19,800, negotiated to $17K) One caveat, I should have checked the tires, all four had separating treads facing inwards, if I had just run my hand along the inside of the tires I'd have felt the belt sticking out, but that was my bad, and I chalk that up to me not being thorough enough inspecting the vehicle, but the car runs like a champ and I couldn't be happier! I strongly advise anyone considering Benji Auto Sales to proceed with caution. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After finalizing a vehicle purchase contract on October 2, 2024, and meeting all requirements, including my down payment and documentation, the dealership engaged in unethical practices that disrupted the entire process. First, they delivered the car with pre-existing issues that required immediate repairs. Tesla’s repair alerts, which were active prior to delivery, prove the dealership knew about these problems beforehand. Despite notifying the salesperson, Steven Jean, and the manager, David Rodriguez, of these issues both before and after delivery, no effort was made to address them. Second, they delayed paying off my trade-in vehicle, valued at $4,800, causing unnecessary financial stress. Third, they unilaterally canceled my finalized contract by issuing a payoff to the lienholder without my knowledge or consent. They falsely claimed the reason for the payoff was due to a “recall” on the vehicle—a claim I’ve disproven with a CarFax report. Finally, I had to file complaints with regulatory agencies due to these deceptive practices, and it seems their cancellation of the contract was retaliatory. I have undeniable proof, including correspondence with the dealership, invoices, and reports, showing their negligence and dishonesty. I’m now seeking legal assistance to resolve this matter. This place is a fraud. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD. I was sold an EV Car that can only charge to 68 miles. Now they are going to report it on my credit as a charge off staing i did not make the 1st payment when I was told buy THEIR employee not to make payment as they was supposed to be going to trade the car in to the bank as soon as a new replacement was found. All lies. They are unresponsive through all levels of service here, from lead person to sales to the manager to the owner. They do not value customer service. I will make it my lifes mission to bring awareness to the poor business practices of this place. More

An error was made in accounting and I overpaid by $70 , I was told not to worry that it would be sent to me by check .
