But JOE BROSSART I guess is that type of person that believes you can lie to a person and basically have them buy a car they can't afford based on his LIES, TRUST ME this guy is a lot of fun to be around, I spent 2 days with him, he even offered me a job. I totally fell for it. Everything you hear about a used car guys It's true. So never got the check. Spent a week 2 times a day calling, trying to get SOMEONE to call me back Even talked to BENJI JR. That day who told me that he would do anything to make sure the customer was taken care of, how important customer service is. But once you sign, they don't care anything about you or the lies they had to tell to get you to sign. I m more made at myself for falling for it. I personally should have known better. But they are all just so good at looking you in the face and lying like it doesnt matter if you now have to take a 3rd job, or worse have the car repo and live with the Consequences of that on your credit. Sold me a car that has so much rust damage that the right rear arm assembly is not attached to the frame meaning that the tire is one bad pothole from snapping off. Mechanic that looked at it the same day of rear arm assembly is not attached to the frame meaning that the tire is one bad pothole from snapping off. Mechanic that looked at it the same day of purchase said that the car is dangerous to drive and even dangerous to put on a lift as it had started to buckle while lifted. Refused a refund. If you decide to buy from here save some money and have a mechanic do a FULL inspection. $100 to find out what is wrong might save you from my $3000 mistake. More

On December 26th 2922 Benji Auto Sales sold us a car that had been in a flood. We had to pay a mandatory charge for their mechanic fee for inspecting the car to make sure there were no issues which was all a had been in a flood. There is no way their mechanic inspected this car and not known that it was under water at some point We tried to drive the car home after purchasing when the turning signals and brake lights stopped working. Dash lights all lit up. Went right to a mechanic thinking it was a blown fuse. He told us we were scammed and this car had been under water and we should immediately return it. We took the car back. they voided the registration transfer and signed a paper that they had possession of the car with a promise of a refund. Now will not refund our money. We didn’t even have the car two hours! Call and they hang up on you. This car has serious life safety issues and is not legal to drive They knew the car would be driven by our daughter to school and didn’t care. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS CROOKS WHO BUY FLOODED VEHICLES AND RESELL. by the way. the car fax report they showed us was excellent! the car showed no cosmetic signs inside or out that it had been in a flood.
