They will sale a car out from under you knowing your on your way. Avoid them at all costs. They gave me the keys to an Cadillac XT5 we made a deal on and we were getting ready for a test drive and putting your way. Avoid them at all costs. They gave me the keys to an Cadillac XT5 we made a deal on and we were getting ready for a test drive and putting my handicap brother in the car then the sales associate said oh we sold this and would not do anything to make it right. They tried to up sale us to a more expensive XT5 and they couldn’t even get the features to work. I worked with Bryan Schmeltzer at the dealership and he wouldn’t even come out to even say sorry we messed this up and we will try and make it right. Do not trust them as the salesman tried to tell us the person buying the car drove further than we did so he gets the car. What a way to run a business. In my entire professional career I have lived by the motto to treat others as you want to be treated but that is not how they worked this deal and let us be on the road for 4 Hours with a handicap person when Bryan had every opportunity to contact us while we were on the road. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This dealership is horrible. We drove over 3 hrs all the while in contact corresponding with Bryan Schmeltzer made arrangements for this evening and This dealership is horrible. We drove over 3 hrs all the while in contact corresponding with Bryan Schmeltzer made arrangements for this evening and stayed in correspondence with him during the trip. We get there and a salesman gets the keys and shows us the car, lets us check it all out and we were about to take it for a test drive, got my handicap wheelchair bound brother out to test it with us and was about to sit him in the car and then the salesman tells us “sorry it’s sold” 😡😡😡😡. Really??? Knew we were coming and driving all that way, let us get a handicap person out and to get in and then suddenly now you tell us it’s sold???? How about some common curiosity, yall knew we were coming, yall let us look it all over, yall saw us getting a handicap person out of our vehicle and about to get into the other and then you decide “ oh it’s sold”! Why sell when you knew someone was coming from a long ways away???? This was so unprofessional, inconsiderate, and on top of that completely unfair to put a handicapped individual through all of that. Shame on all of you!!!! Beyond disappointed and disgusted More

The salesperson, Tre Seegars, receives a 5 star rating. He went above and beyond to find the vehicle with the features we were looking for. He was pleasant to deal with and was very professional. I, as He went above and beyond to find the vehicle with the features we were looking for. He was pleasant to deal with and was very professional. I, as a customer, receive a negative 5 stars for not paying close enough attention to the trade-in value received on our trade-in. Prior to visiting the dealership, I had already obtained a KBB Instant Cash Offer of 24,380 on our trade-in. I'm fully aware that KBB is not the gospel when it comes to the value you will be allowed at the time of the deal from the dealership. However, it does provide some protection in that, at a minimum, I could sell or trade the vehicle at another KBB participating dealership for at least that amount. During the course of offer sheets from the dealership, both my wife and I mistakenly saw that the dealership was allowing us in excess 24,000, when, in fact, the dealership was only allowing us 21,500 on the trade-in -- a full 2,880 below what I could have sold or traded the vehicle for at another KBB-participating dealership. I will say upfront, that is my fault and I should have caught that. And, if I had, I would have walked back on the deal altogether and gone to another dealership and either sold my vehicle for the KBB Instant Cash Offer, traded it in at that offer, or given BMC the opportunity to, at a minimum, match it. I realize that a deal is a deal and I am to blame for my mistake of not catching that discrepancy and agreeing to it. I have no qualms with the dealership for that -- my bad, too bad... However, to make an offer that is almost 3,000 less than the bare minimum value for my trade-in is a complete slap in the face to us and an insult to my intelligence. As it is, we are now having to finance, at a minimum, a 2,880 lowball offer, and one that I, as the customer, should have caught. So, again, the salesperson gets a 5 star rating. I, as the customer who should have caught the lowball trade-in offer, get a negative 5 star rating. And, the dealership on a whole, based on the ridiculous trade-in offer, gets only a 1-star rating. And, that is only that high due to their being courteous. Moral of the story is as a customer, make very sure you read and understand completely every cent that is presented to you on any sheet of paper, especially the trade-in allowance from this dealership. I would suggest even re-reading it, so you don't get home and have a very unpleasant surprise that you agreed to. More

3 minutes agoNEW They are the reason people hate and don't trust car dealerships. Ordered a new $100k+ car and received an offer for my trade in...fast forward three months and my new car had arrived. don't trust car dealerships. Ordered a new $100k+ car and received an offer for my trade in...fast forward three months and my new car had arrived. I was so excited to go pick it up only to be told when I arrived at the dealership that they were now offering me almost $10k less for my trade in. At that point I told them that I would just keep it. I was then told that they would NOT sell me the new car unless I sold them mine. So basically I was forced to sell them my car at less than blue book value or I would have to go to another dealer and wait another 3 months. They knew exactly what they were doing and they took full advantage. I was so upset and felt so taken advanced of by their deceptive business practices. I will never go back. More
I called Ben Mynatt Cadillac to make an appointment to have my car serviced. I spoke with Kimberly in the service department, who scheduled a time where I could drop my car off and get shuttled back to m have my car serviced. I spoke with Kimberly in the service department, who scheduled a time where I could drop my car off and get shuttled back to my residence. So that is what happened. Imagine my surprise when I found out that they provide Concierge Service to all Cadillac owners....MMMPPH who new. That service was never offered to me. I picked up my vehicle 2 days later and low and behold after driving it for a short period of time, same problem as before it was repaired. I immediately called Kimberly to let her know that I was still having issues with the vehicle and I was told to bring it back to the shop. I kindly asked her to have the vehicle picked up to which she replied that she would have it picked up and a loaner delivered to me. Low and behold they delivered a loaner vehicle to my residence, parked it in my driveway in front of my garage, but failed to leave any keys to the vehicle. I called Kimberly several times and left her messages for her to contact me to which I received no reply. This loaner car sat in my driveway for 2 days because I couldn't move it without keys and couldn't get a return call. When Kimberly finally contacted me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I asked her about the Concierge service and the loaner vehicle to which she replied that there must have been a misunderstanding. Maybe I misunderstood the fact that if Concierge service is available to all Cadillac owners why wouldn't this service be offered to me. No problem, I'll contact the Service Manager to get clarification. I attempted to contact Mr. Shipp, but I had to call him twice and after a week he finally returned my call. I guess I should not have been surprised that he blew me off as if my concerns were not valid. Horrible customer service, not at all concerned about me returning as a customer. Customer service is abso warranty. Air conditioning went down, bright it to the service dept for repair 4 times and still is not repaired correctly. Customer service is absolutely terrible! It's a real shame they can't fix this one system plus treating people the way they do! All thumbs down for this dealership from us 👎👎👎👎 More
