The pushing and half-truths about the add-ons for used cars (e.g. flashing brake light etc) felt very slimy. I'm used to carter dealers who don't even add this stuff at all, much less push it. Thad was completely unprofessional, blatantly lied to us about gap insurance, no hand shake, didn’t offer to get another chair, he seemed like he was so rushed and bothered to be there. He said the bank included gap insurance in loan. When we got home we saw it was an optional 1k. He didn’t tell us it was optional, we were lucky to catch it- but feel bad for the other people that do not catch it on a daily basis. More

Very easy to work with and offered vehicle at reasonable price. They took a run at selling some add-ons AR closing, but stand firm and they'll come back to the original value offer.
