Not much to say about the dealership but the repair place is awful. Absolutely 0 communication whatsoever. I was told “ I will call you tomorrow” by my repair man and wouldn’t hear from him for about 2 weeks is awful. Absolutely 0 communication whatsoever. i drive a Honda and always service it at the Honda dealer. Got a huge quote from them for a major repair. I know someone at Ford and brought it in for a second opinion. They quoted $600 less on the or dealer. Got a huge quote from them for a major repair. I know someone at Ford and brought it in for a second opinion. They quoted $600 less on the original $3000 quote so I had Ford service it. Everyone there was nice and professional and they got my car in and out as promised with no surprises. No car wash but I can go get one with the $600 savings! More
At the beginning of this problem, I was very frustrated! my car that I just purchased a year prior because I needed a dependable car and had good experiences with ford breaks down. I have it towed to Ford and I’m told they will get to it within the week and I don’t hear anything so I call and am told they will get back to me and never do twice!until I go there and am told it needs an engine.there’s no loaners and so I wait and wait, then I’m told it’s on back order! So after 2weeks, I have to rent a car. At this point I contact Ford motor co. And the lady Alexia is very empathetic to me and tells me she’s going to work with me to get a rental and I told her I already had to , so she tells me to send her the receipts. After that I went in and spoke to David and he was very kind and professional, even introducing myself and my husband to his expecting wife and son, who is absolutely adorable! Once the engine has arrived, I am dealing with Mike and he was very wonderful and helpful, even getting.my handicap placard out of the car while it was jacked up in the air! He has been very empathetic and understanding with my frustration. In the beginning I had given up on Ford but in the end, they really came thru! I do appreciate the people with whom I’ve dealt with after the initial dealings with someone whom I heard was fired for her incompetence! Thank you to David , Mike at Bellingham ford and Alexia at Ford Motor Co. you all have put my faith back in Ford! More
