I brought my car in with three recalls to fix. Over the phone I was told even though it was after the date on the mail I got that it'd be covered and to just being the peice of mail. (Said covered until end of November but in late October when I called their earliest appointment was mid december) I brought the peice of mail and no one even looked at it. I was told the computer system only says we have one to do. So only one actually was done. When I went to pick up the vehicle the person who gave my keys asked if I saw my vehicle outside. I said no and she instructed me "it's probably over here just hit your panic button" so walking around in freezing weather looking for my vehicle was not ideal and concerning they didn't know where it was either. However, everyone was kind and they offered to give me a ride after dropping the vehicle off which I've never had offered when dropping off anywhere else. More

So about four months after our initial inquiry to Bellingham Ford, we made a long trip to purchase a new F150 truck. I had the oil changed and had scheduled an appointment. After 1.5 hours it was completed. Not only had the price more than double from a year ago, they didn't do the complimentary vacuuming or wash the car After 1.5 hours it was completed. Not only had the price more than double from a year ago, they didn't do the complimentary vacuuming or wash the car. When I asked why it cost so much they said it was the price of oil. I have another car from a different dealership that had similar oil and their price only went up $7. Amazing. I get my cars serviced regularly and keep them in good condition. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The level of service from the Ford-Lincoln dealership in Bellingham has deteriorated significantly in the last couple of years. I will be looking elsewhere for future needs. More
