While dropping off her CRV at Bedard’s in Cheshire last Monday, my wife took more time than usual to come out of the building. When she opened my car door, she said, “You’ve got to see this car.” We’d been Monday, my wife took more time than usual to come out of the building. When she opened my car door, she said, “You’ve got to see this car.” We’d been talking about possibly buying a new vehicle soon, but I thought perhaps in the fall. She wanted me to see the red Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L on the show room floor. Well, I couldn’t disagree with her—it was a sharp-looking, comfortable hybrid, which I particularly liked. While she drove me to work, she asked what I thought. I told her I liked it, and we agreed that she go back and speak with Jarod, the service manager we’ve gotten to know and trust over the past 13+ years. Jarod introduced my wife to salesman Hayden, who wasn’t pushy (you don’t push my wife). By the end of the day, my wife was driving home in her new Honda Hybrid, I was following in my new (her former) CRV, and we retired another Honda after ten years of service to our family. We appreciate Honda’s quality products and are loyal Bedard customers; they’ve earned our loyalty. More
An Associate greeted you when you walked in the door asked if your here to see someone or if you needed help. Very quick to help in anyway. They don’t allow people from out of state purchase there vehicles, and make you feel unwanted, based on none sence, COVID-19 speculations, and they absolutely don`t allow any discounts. In fact, they get agitated once you start comparing prices. I recommend thinking VERY hard about coming to see the car you’re looking to buy, especially if you’re out of state. They won’t tell you the over the phone anything except BIG LIES !!! Vehicle is still on website, but someone already texted me that vehicle has been "sold", another fact....another BIG LIE ! You have to wait a week or so for the car to be completed with paperwork if you’re buying out of state. Don’t think you will drive all the way to buy a car and drive it back the same day. It’s not happening !!! Worst over phone experience EVER ! More

Well thank you for the offer, but I am not confident with an I am not confident with anyone from Bedard Brothers servicing my car. As soon as the initial smell of the terrible cleaning job wor I am not confident with anyone from Bedard Brothers servicing my car. As soon as the initial smell of the terrible cleaning job wore off, All I could smell was remnants of Cigarette Smoke. When I turned the heat on Pet Hair was blowing out from underneath the seats. My dog has a fear of cars and has not been in my car!! The seats are stained and were not shampooed and by the time I finely received my floor mats the carpet was a mess. I do not mind cleaning the inside and outside of my car what so ever, but this car needs to be cleaned well so I can keep it that way. This is not your fault and please do not take in personally. I am truly disappointed in Bedard’s Detailing Crew More
Quick and easy I came in with no appointment and they were able to get me right in and right out. I was very satisfied. Truck was returned well within that time but there are several gouges to the dashboard material around the passenger side airbag compartment. Based on this experience, I will end my relationship with the Bedard Brothers Service Department because the quality of this work was very poor and something I would expect of a "back yard hack". More
