While dropping off her CRV at Bedard’s in Cheshire last Monday, my wife took more time than usual to come out of the building. When she opened my car door, she said, “You’ve got to see this car.” We’d been talking about possibly buying a new vehicle soon, but I thought perhaps in the fall. She wanted me to see the red Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L on the show room floor. Well, I couldn’t disagree with her—it was a sharp-looking, comfortable hybrid, which I particularly liked. While she drove me to work, she asked what I thought. I told her I liked it, and we agreed that she go back and speak with Jarod, the service manager we’ve gotten to know and trust over the past 13+ years. Jarod introduced my wife to salesman Hayden, who wasn’t pushy (you don’t push my wife). By the end of the day, my wife was driving home in her new Honda Hybrid, I was following in my new (her former) CRV, and we retired another Honda after ten years of service to our family. We appreciate Honda’s quality products and are loyal Bedard customers; they’ve earned our loyalty.
An Associate greeted you when you walked in the door asked if your here to see someone or if you needed help. Very quick to help in anyway. Great service I would definitely recommend Bedard Brothers
Absolutely the worst service possible. I bought a 2015 Jeep a month ago and it’s been back in the shop on average twice a week. Stay away from them
Today had our 1st service since we bought it a year ago. $122.00 worth of service but it didn't cost us a thing.The service advisor Mark told us during the work about the 1st 2 services being free when we bought it. I forgot about that. Service advisor Mark was a fine employee and very easy to deal with. 10 stars for the whole dealership.
They don’t allow people from out of state purchase there vehicles, and make you feel unwanted, based on none sence, COVID-19 speculations, and they absolutely don`t allow any discounts. In fact, they get agitated once you start comparing prices. I recommend thinking VERY hard about coming to see the car you’re looking to buy, especially if you’re out of state. They won’t tell you the over the phone anything except BIG LIES !!! Vehicle is still on website, but someone already texted me that vehicle has been "sold", another fact....another BIG LIE ! You have to wait a week or so for the car to be completed with paperwork if you’re buying out of state. Don’t think you will drive all the way to buy a car and drive it back the same day. It’s not happening !!! Worst over phone experience EVER !
Cody and the whole sales team treated me great. Cody was down to earth and a no pressure salesman. I would definitely recommend them! And will make the hour and half trip to purchase another car.
