Service wonderful. Courteous respectful. Cashier needs a class in customer service. Needs people skills. She was rude when telling me about service charge on credit c Courteous respectful. That seems like a courtesy and I feel like it should have been automatic along with the car wash. She even asked me if.I wanted a car wash voucher. I have always been given a car wash voucher without question.I have always been 100% happy with all the services at Beck Nissan she just left a bad taste in my mouth. More

Yes I did not get good service at Beck nissian not through any fault of Trevor Houser. A young lady named Ashley did not put my oil change to be done for my appointment. I mentioned I wanted my serv through any fault of Trevor Houser. A young lady named Ashley did not put my oil change to be done for my appointment. I mentioned I wanted my service light checked along with the oil change. I got there at 9:15 and three to four people came after me and were waited on. I did not get to leave till 11:45 do not understand the service will not be back but losing a customer means nothing anymore. More

Was great until they wanted me to pay an additional $1. 80 for using a credit card! I refuse to pay these kind of service fees to multi-million dollar companies ...... so I used my debit card, processed as 80 for using a credit card!
