Jason was probably the most pleasant finance person I have ever dealt with. He made us laugh he made us feel easy and comfortable and we didn't feel stressed or pressured at all. Buying a new car can often be a stressful and complicated process as it can be one of the biggest purchases you make and is often a compromise between the head and the heart decision (not to mention the wall process as it can be one of the biggest purchases you make and is often a compromise between the head and the heart decision (not to mention the wallet). The team at Beck Nissan were about as good as car dealerships get and we have visited quite a few in the US and Europe. We quickly established a good rapport with Mike and Dane in sales who were attentive and informative without being pushy giving us confidence in our choice. I think Dane was genuinely sad to see the Pro 4X leave the lot as it is a gorgeous truck. We found the financial close out a good process with Jason being clear and patient but we were not financing and knew exactly which extended care package we wanted having had almost exactly the same one in the past and the cost had not gone up much unlike other insurance! I would make 2 minor comments for improvement, firstly a slightly longer test drive would have been useful on reflection and secondly some refreshment as the process ended up being a couple of hours. This is merely a suggestion as we did not request it and I am sure that if we had they would have obliged. More

I bought a used 2012 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X in the first week of October 2022. Interior and exterior were in nice shape. They had to finish detailing it before we could leave. It was late in the day so the finance guy was hurrying to get home. He was a bit on the arrogant side, especially when I asked him about my interest rate. He kind of acted like it wasn't important, surprised I was asking. Needless to say, the interest rate was 19.5%, which totally surprised me. I would have stopped right there, but we already had an hour into the process. I put down $11,000 and financed $6445, which I didn't really have to, as I had the money. But seeing I hadn't had a car loan in about 2 years, I wanted to have some credit showing (my home is paid off and I owe no one). I also had a good job of over 10 years. I went ahead and financed, reluctantly. The car only came with one key, so I asked for another, but they declined. Now I know why, that key will be $240 from a Nissan dealer. After we got home I realized that I didn't have my cup holder inserts, which were in the vehicle when we test drove it. So I emailed the Used Car GM, who we had had an enjoyable conversation with while waiting, asking that he please send me the cup holder inserts and also an owners manual, which would have cost them nothing. Needless to say, this has turned into a rather disappointing experience. I ask many questions, especially with a major purchase like this, so i feel I did not leave any stones unturned. But in the end you hope the dealer can help you with a few simple, but important requests. Not so.... Dave M More

Mr. Pinner made a sincere effort to help guide us. I would have given Beck Nissan a 5 star but when I got to finance, I felt pushed and was made to feel I was ignorant for not accepting additional optio would have given Beck Nissan a 5 star but when I got to finance, I felt pushed and was made to feel I was ignorant for not accepting additional options offered. I would recommend others to Beck hopefully they are treated differently than I was when they get to finance; this is the second vehicle I have gotten from them. I understand that sales need to be done and if you are a good salesperson, I admire that, but customers know their limits and its good to respect that. I love excellent customer service. Also, I think that before a customer is to sign a document it should be mentioned ahead that they are being recorded, and let the customer decide if they want to be recorded. I thought this was weird to mention the recording after I had already signed quite a bit of documents. Not sure what has happened in the past that it was necessary to do this, but if a customer is going to buy a vehicle and is signing on the dotted line they are saying they want to purchase this vehicle, this document it is a legal binding contract. I just think it should have been mentioned before signing. I would have signed anyway but it made me uneasy that he mention it after I had just started signing. Otherwise, Mike Pinner was great! More
