It took approx 2 hrs for an oil change, why have an appointment if it takes 2 hrs...I was not impressed and felt they were there to make a commission. I will take my business back to Cowboy Kia. More
This dealership makes the anxiety of buying a car nonexistent. I have purchased two cars from them and each time they made the process go just about as smooth as I think making big purchases could go nonexistent. Service department is a joke. Had an appointment for an oil change at noon. Waited 2 hours before asking for an update. My car still hadn’t been touched. Asked what the hold up was because 4 customers who came in AFTER me were already gone. Was told it’ll be done soon. No explanation. Maybe don’t allow someone to schedule an appointment if they aren’t available at that time. My “service advisor” Madison, rolled her eyes at me and told me I could take it and leave since it hasn’t been pulled in yet. Then laughed. Maybe train your advisors on respect and common courtesy. I wasn’t asking for much just an update. Another hour later it still hasn’t went done. The service department here used to be amazing. It’s definitely gone down hill since the last time I was here.
