I dropped off my car at Beck & Masten Kia at 7 a. m. for multiple services, clearly stating that the oil change was my top priority. I even told them that if other services couldn’t be completed that m. for multiple services, clearly stating that the oil change was my top priority. I even told them that if other services couldn’t be completed that day, it was fine, as long as the oil change was done. By midday, I was notified that no work had been done at all. To make matters worse, they wanted to keep my vehicle longer without offering a rental car or any alternative. How do they expect customers to get around or even pick up their cars when they don’t provide proper accommodations? This dealership acts like customers have no jobs, can magically teleport home, or somehow don’t need transportation. They also took 30 minutes to arrange an Uber for me, only to tell me, once I was IN THE UBER, hat they close at 6 p.m., and it looked like I wouldn’t make it back in time. Then they had the audacity to tell me they wouldn’t release my car! I had to argue just like I did for the Uber. That it is not my problem that they took their time to provide me my uber. If this dealership has the nerve to waste customers’ time—like they did with mine, staring at my car the whole day without doing anything—they can waste their own time and wait until I get there for my vehicle. To make matters worse, these service providers wanted to do my oil change at the end of the day and then said I’d have to wait until the next day to get my car. How do they justify not completing a simple oil change during an entire eight-hour day? On top of the terrible service, the sales team is just as bad. They offer fake "great deals" on trades, only to later undervalue your car to make the trade completely unfair. Last time I checked, you want my car, ma’am, not the other way around. To top it all off, they give you a hard time even for something as simple as arranging an Uber, especially if it’s outside a 10-mile radius. This place is a joke. The lack of communication, respect for customers' time, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning. More
