Xavian was/ is as nice as can be. We knew the make, model, packages, even the VIN, of the car we wanted. He worked diligently and efficiently to get us into our new car. After we drove off the lot, singing his praises, we noticed some chipped paint and adhesive left on the suede of the car. We went back to the dealership, showed him, he took pictures, and escalated it to get fixed. He called the next day for us to drop in whenever we could and he would personally take it to service and wait for it to be repaired. The adhesive is gone and the chipped paint is as good as new. We appreciate him immensely!

DON'T shop here. When I first showed interest in one of their EVs, they were initially very responsive and accommodating. Unfortunately, as soon as I did a pre-purchase inspection and requested several times for diagnostic history on the battery's health (something the Kia company itself encourages for the purchase of any used Kia EV), along with questions about why such a relatively new car wasn't included in their Certified Pre-Owned program ---- they ghosted me, and quietly unlisted the car from their site, which I was later informed had been sent to auction. Now I'm out $300 on the inspection, and had to call around their sales representative to find out that they no longer had the car. It says a lot about how this unprofessional dealership operates, and it's a horrible reflection of the Kia brand. Don't shop here, unless you want to lose money and be left hanging when you need to communicate with them.
