I’m extremely disappointed with the service offered at Beck And Masten Kia in Tomball today. I had a service appointment for a recall last Tuesday that I rescheduled due to being sick. Today, I went for m Beck And Masten Kia in Tomball today. I had a service appointment for a recall last Tuesday that I rescheduled due to being sick. Today, I went for my rescheduled appointment, where I was told it would take 2-4 hours. I was also told there are a total of three recalls on my car, not just the one I scheduled to remedy today. I had my parents follow me to go to lunch and shop while I waited, rather than get dumped off within a 10 minute radius by your Lyft service. I live almost 40 minutes away, and you are the closest Kia dealership. We went to lunch, and before our food even arrived to the table, I got a text saying my car was ready. I thought that was a mistake, because it was way less than 45 minutes, if that. I called to see if it was really ready, and I was told my service rep would call me back shortly, which she did not. We went shopping, and I called again. She answered the call and told me that it was indeed ready, and that they completed all three recalls. When I arrived to pick up my car, another service rep told me that nothing was done to my car, but that the back ordered parts were ordered for the repairs, which could take several weeks. When I inquired as to why I couldn’t just give my VIN over the phone the first time I called to schedule, or even the time I called to reschedule, I was told they have to put eyes on the car. I could have been asked for my VIN and parts could have been ordered. What happened today was a huge drop of the ball. This place needs to learn how to clearly communicate amongst themselves and with their customers. I have no car note. Two vehicles on your lot caught my eye, but you can bet your last dollar that I wouldn’t give you one penny of my money. It was so frustrating to drive that far, have family follow for my own safety, and then have absolutely nothing done, while being told it was completed. More

When I bought my used car I bought the pre-paid Oil Change package, and have regretted it ever since. I had a 10 AM appointment for my Oil Change, after a long wait to check-in, she realized that I hav Change package, and have regretted it ever since. I had a 10 AM appointment for my Oil Change, after a long wait to check-in, she realized that I have a Ford, and said the oil filter would have to be ordered adding another hour to my wait. When I scheduled the oil change, it stated on the reservation that it was a Ford, so it seems as though they should have been prepared. I feel like they make this process difficult on purpose so that I will stop coming for oil changes and they can keep my money for the pre-paid oil change package. I left the dealership after three and a half hours, for an oil change. More
