Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience at Beck and Masten with two exceptions. I put a deposit on the car on Wednesday and informed them I would be picking up on Friday. I called them Friday morning to let them know I was an hour away but when I got there the sales rep was not there and the car was not ready. I wasted two hours waiting for the car. Then I had to meet with the finance manager to write my check. When he couldn’t pressure me to take additional warranties he became rude. More

Made an appointment for an oil change, Veronica was my service adviser, talked to her about my issues from the past, and she listen to all what i had to say. Left the car with her and I went to the waitin service adviser, talked to her about my issues from the past, and she listen to all what i had to say. Left the car with her and I went to the waiting room to wait. Soon after that the service manager came to the waiting room to talk about all the issues I had explained to Veronica, then she also brought an article that I had concerned about and talked about and few other things as well. By then my car was washed and finished and I was on my way going home, the service manager called to make sure I was taking care of! That was my first best experience I had with you all.
