The service department has had my vehicle for nearly two weeks and I don't think they have even started on it. It is warranty work so is a low priority for them, but they never once have called us to give u weeks and I don't think they have even started on it. I call every other day or so and it is nearly impossible to get them to answer the phone and if they do it is never my advisor. I have sent an email to the service manager and left a voicemail for the general manager and all I have heard is crickets. The WORST customer service ever. More
I usually use cars. com to do my shopping and filter the dealers who had good deals. Tried getting in touch with them few times and never received a response. 2 weeks later, a sales person reached out to me via email asking if I need any help. I forwarded the same emails again and mentioned that I am still waiting for response and no response from him again. I then searched for the car on their website with VIN and the price has been priced several grant more than what it shows on cars.com. Probably why they are not even interested in responding back to me. I am happy to learn about their shady practices ahead when I started reading reviews about them. Don't waste your time talking to this dealer. More
Extremely Disappointing Service Experience! However, I must express my utmost disappointment with the service department. Regrettably, I will not be returning here again. First and foremost, the service advisor, Sunni, demonstrated an alarming level of rudeness and disrespect since initially dropping off the car. It was truly disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior from a representative of the dealership. Moreover, the service updates provided over the course of the past two weeks were far from satisfactory. Despite my proactive approach in requesting updates via phone or text, I was often left waiting for days without any response. It was disheartening to see the lack of communication and concern for customer satisfaction. The issues extended beyond communication as well. Attempting to reach the service department or a manager by phone was a futile exercise. Even when I attempted to contact them through the sales line, I was unable to get through. I even took the initiative to leave a message for a service manager, but unfortunately, I never received any communication back. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up the car, Sunni did not even acknowledge my presence. Instead, she appeared engrossed in her phone just like nearly every other employee, leaving me standing there for several frustrating minutes waiting for some kind of direction. This kind of unprofessional behavior is simply unacceptable. Given the unsatisfactory experience I encountered, I can confidently say that I will never consider purchasing a new Kia from this dealership ever again. I feel it is crucial for potential buyers to be aware of the subpar service they are likely to receive here. It is my hope that the dealership takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a more satisfactory experience for their customers. More

The service after that to do the repair we agreed on in our sales contract was ridiculous. We got the run around and excuses for a month from Domitri before the work was even started. No one communicated, we always had to call. Our calls were not taken, we were always pushed to someone else who couldn’t help us or just ignored. The work was done terrible the first time. It took a total of 2 weeks for a very easy center console fix. Now there is paint all over the car that I was told “we did our part and tried to get it off” by Manager Isaac, who wanted to sit and casually eat something after I asked to speak to a manager while not leaving the managers office. I waited for at least 20 minutes so he could eat and hide just because they are petty. Manager Philip also dropped the ball by not following up or calling. Manager Israel also dropped the ball and didn’t follow up or call back. Joe Pierce never was “available” to offer any assistance after calling every manager to get a status on our vehicle. Never shop with Beck and Masten. They refuse to compensate for any inconvenience and I was treated like I was the problem. A loaner was provided but not large enough for our family, so we were still inconvenienced and missed work and activities. More

If you like to be humiliated and taken advantage of then this is the dealer to buy a car. Some reviews say that once they sign and their cars start giving them tons of problems the dealer will not respond so maybe it was a blessing in disguise that I didn’t sign. More
A very deceptive and unethical dealership! Just a week later and I had to go back because of a bad radiator hose that was leaking. In August of 2022 there was a recall on the catalytic converter that REQUIRED a replacement of a "damaged" catalytic converter and a logic upgrade in the computer. They may have done the logic upgrade but they absolutely did not inspect the catalytic converter for damage though I am certain they charged KIA the full price for the recall repairs. Catalytic converters take years to fail under normal circumstances yet just six months later, in March 2023, my catalytic converter is completely plugged and the engine will not run. Beck & Masten are giving me the runaround and I am stuck with the cost. Based on my experience, the sales team was deceptive, literally lying to my face about the quality of the vehicle. The team of mechanics are incompetent because they are incapable of performing a detailed inspection or complete repairs as required by certified government recalls, and aren't even skilled enough to recognize a leaky radiator hose. If you buy a car from this dealership, be prepared to have a lot of problems with the vehicle and then have to pay someone else out of your own pocket to have the repairs done correctly. Based on my experience, this place is the worst I have ever dealt with and I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again, nor will I EVER take my vehicle to them for any kind of maintenance or repairs.
