I brought my car to Group 1 Kia Tomball for servicing. Not only did they do what I requested, but they found a recall item that I thought had been fixed. My service advisor kept me updated on the progress of the word being that on my car and they had to order parts for two items that I wanted done. They told me when the parts would be in and they scheduled an appointment for me to come back at my convenience to get the rest of the work done. More

I originally tagged along with my mom when she brought her Kia in for service and was super impressed by her advisor, Jason—he was warm, professional, and took great care of her. I also drive a Kia and previously went to DeMontrond in Spring, but after my last visit there, I had completely had it with their incompetence and disregard for customers' time. I decided to switch over to Group 1 and was able to book an appointment online the night before for the very next day. When I pulled into their gorgeous, state-of-the-art facility, guess who greeted me with a huge smile? Jason! I mentioned he had taken care of my mom and asked if he could be my advisor, and he happily made it happen. The service was quick, friendly, and top-notch. I especially loved that they sent a full video walkthrough of the multi-point inspection directly to my phone. Group 1 has definitely earned my business from here on out! More

I went for service maintenance and they were very thorough. Sent a video showing the reason for their recommendation for additional services. Was great to visually see what they were talking about in thorough. Sent a video showing the reason for their recommendation for additional services. Overall it did take a while to get my vehicle back but they renovated the building so there was plenty of seating, tv’s, outlets and counter space to work at, cubicle rooms that were available for use, plenty of free snacks and coffee, and restrooms were fresh and clean. A very modern look that compliments the needs of today. Also the complimentary car wash was a great bonus. More
