I originally tagged along with my mom when she brought her Kia in for service and was super impressed by her advisor, Jason—he was warm, professional, and took great care of her. I also drive a Kia and previously went to DeMontrond in Spring, but after my last visit there, I had completely had it with their incompetence and disregard for customers' time. I decided to switch over to Group 1 and was able to book an appointment online the night before for the very next day. When I pulled into their gorgeous, state-of-the-art facility, guess who greeted me with a huge smile? Jason! I mentioned he had taken care of my mom and asked if he could be my advisor, and he happily made it happen. The service was quick, friendly, and top-notch. I especially loved that they sent a full video walkthrough of the multi-point inspection directly to my phone. Group 1 has definitely earned my business from here on out! More

I went for service maintenance and they were very thorough. Sent a video showing the reason for their recommendation for additional services. Overall it did take a while to get my vehicle back but they renovated the building so there was plenty of seating, tv’s, outlets and counter space to work at, cubicle rooms that were available for use, plenty of free snacks and coffee, and restrooms were fresh and clean. A very modern look that compliments the needs of today. Also the complimentary car wash was a great bonus. More

When i arrived i was welcomed quickly. Just an oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and everyone was very kind. Waiting room had coffe water and snacks that were appreciated. Service Department is extremely slow. 4 hours for oil change & tire rotation. Appointment was made the night before for 10am the next day. I was told when I got there that it would take 2 4 hours for oil change & tire rotation. Appointment was made the night before for 10am the next day. I was told when I got there that it would take 20 minutes to get a filter for my car there. 2 hours later I was told the filter finally arrived that it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. And hour later I went to check on it & it still was not ready. Another hour later I check again & was told it's going through the car wash. When it was finally brought into the bay for me to leave I was told that it was just sitting there not washed. The Service manager ran it through the car wash herself & delivered it. I service there because that's where we bought the car with a service contract otherwise I would go somewhere else. More
