The service dept fixed the issues with my car with no problems. It did take much longer than expected to complete the repairs, but they were waiting on a part. Be aware when giving this dealership a deposit to hold a quote for a potential purchase. On December 18th I notified them I was not going forward with a purchase, and followed up twice with the sales agent quote for a potential purchase. On December 18th I notified them I was not going forward with a purchase, and followed up twice with the sales agent as to the disposition of my deposit. I then followed up with the finance department on January 2nd, and was told the credit was initiated that day. On January 7th I spoke with the manager, who sent me a copy of the credit implementation that he sent on January 7th, which tells me they had never initiated the credit until 20 days after I notified them I was not going through with the quote. 22 days after requesting the return of my deposit, it is still not available.
