Their communication is terrible, they rarely call me to update me on anything, I have to reach out to them. They’re incredibly unorganized and all over the place, nobody was ever on the same page and since update me on anything, I have to reach out to them. Thankfully I had someone there who knew what questions to ask because otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten any info. Just sign here. Also, on more than one occasion they’d have me come up there for “something quick” and keep assuring me it would be fast and take no time at all and then we’re siting there for 4+ hours. Incredibly frustrating. Would not recommend Beck and Masten Kia for car buying at all. More
This dealership used to be great but not anymore. There is no sense of urgency, communication is terrible. You drop off your car and it takes a week for minor things or to even look at it.
