I took my 2022 Kia Sportage in for its regular maintenance and oil change today and it was also due to have the brake fluid flushed so instead of waiting in the waiting area for five hours, they g maintenance and oil change today and it was also due to have the brake fluid flushed so instead of waiting in the waiting area for five hours, they gave me a free Uber ride home. Jason is my service advisor and he is always so straightforward and honest with me about what I really need to have done right then and what can wait. If I go in and just get an oil change I’m usually in and out in an hour or so. This is my second car from Beck & Masten Kia and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would also recommend that you ask for Jason if you have to have any service work done. He has never steered me wrong and he’s so friendly yet professional. More

When getring there we where greeted by the sales person. Nick was very nice and we liked him right away. He showed us the car we where wanting to see. I truly and highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car , used car , first car , or any car of what ever necessity. XAVIAN Johnson was this most determined sales man I who is looking to purchase a new car , used car , first car , or any car of what ever necessity. XAVIAN Johnson was this most determined sales man I had ever came across in my life and I have been to quite a few dealerships, but this one yea naw nobody is beating them in service just alone and customer service. He made sure to keep in contact with me and really made sure any questions I had he answered and made sure I understood the entire process. I knew nothing much about cars before walking in beck and Masten but now that I have one and I am able to keep in contact like their about my vehicle I’m learning things everyday about my vehicle and how cars work.
