Schedule service online was very easy. Arrived at dealer and was greated and dropped off truck for service. Service advisor was very helpful and took all info and started work. I purchased a pre-paid oil change package some time ago. When I went int the dealership to have the service done, I was told that the agreement I had purchased had "expired". No refund, no sorry you got duped - nothing. I had to pay for the service. I accused them of theft - no reaction. I am considering going to small claims court for the $75. I view such behavior as falling under the criminal code definition of theft by unlawful taking! More
