My first service took 4 hours. I appreciate the uber to and from the mall, however I wasnt told it would take 4 hours. I also asked for it to be washed but that obviously did not happen. Super unhappy about purchasing the service package with car washes. Not looking forward to the next visits. More
Car within new car warranty, Week to find out what was wrong without a vehical to drive. Figured out what was wrong got rent car, took another week to get part. Day to install part received call next day wrong without a vehical to drive. Figured out what was wrong got rent car, took another week to get part. Day to install part received call next day truck was ready, so happy. Picked it up during lunch, drove back to work, and before got there speed limit and check engine light back on. Call told gabby what had happened ended up leaving work early and brought car back to dealership. Told I would be responsible for rent car until they could figure out what issue eventhough had not put 15 miles on truck and truck showing emissions issue on dash after they just replaced Def pipe because it "broke". Next day called me to say that it was my aftermarket intake and intercooler tube and refuse to show me any evidence to their conclusion. Said I would have to return my truck back to stock before they would work on it. Drove my truck back home and stopped by oriellys had them scan it. Top on list was mass air flow sensor, paid 90 dollars for it. They helped me replace it an within 25 min I was on way home. Before I made it home the "emissions reduce speed soon warning" was gone, but check engine light was on still. Next was still on while driving around, but no hesition or signs anything wrong. Later that day not sure when light was gone and has not returned. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR DEALERSHIP AGAIN eventhough I have 40 thousand miles left on my warranty. Even since I know that makes you a winner since you will not have to honor you warranty. Please call me More
