i purchased a car from this dealership March 2023, i have gone their on a few occasions, to have some repairs. the latest one was 1/23/2023, because every morning when backing up, the brakes are squealing. gone their on a few occasions, to have some repairs. the latest one was 1/23/2023, because every morning when backing up, the brakes are squealing. getting worse each day. called on 1/24/2023 after 4 and was told by service rep albert, he would call back, shortly, no called picked up car today, was told they did not hear anything, i know for a fact they did not check the car, because i marked the car where it would show if they actually test drove the car.. I am not sure who i need to speak to, but if you purchase a car in good faith and you cannot get the service there is a problem. i am not thru complaining, i will take this as far as possible until i speak to who will take care of this leamon of a car. More
