Oil change took 2 hours with appointment. When they completed the oil change, they parked my truck in a side lot behind a security gate. Then when they went to retrieve my truck, the driver stopped without pulling all the way past the security arm and it dropped on my roof and left a dent. They said they would arrange to have it repaired by an another body shop. They said they would call with the appointment information, but I have not heard from them. I understand accidents happen, but they did not seem concerned or even try to make it right. Now I will have to spend my time trying to get them to respond and I assume several days to have the dent fixed. More

Great service department, I walked in without an appointment was still welcomed. My truck was well taken care of, oil change, tire rotation, they even took care of a recall. Very nice and friendly 👌 got there at 7 and was in a lift and at home in 30 minutes 😀 got a text I was ready 2 hours later and was back in my truck within 20 minutes!! Took a very long time to determine a battery error and then replace it. Forgot to give the military discount. Car was not washed like the process says it would be.
