My son stated that his heater did not work yesterday. Bechtel Auto was called and even though the warranty was over, they said they would look at it. We dropped off his vehicle today and they fixed it and did not charge my son anything. I just wanted to let everyone out there that is thinking about buying a used vehicle,this is a great place to go. I also purchased a jeep in the same week that my son bought his jeep. Thief! I was looking for a 2004 GMC Envoy. I found it at Bechtel Auto Sales. I told them I was in the process of finding a delivery service. However, in the I was looking for a 2004 GMC Envoy. I found it at Bechtel Auto Sales. I told them I was in the process of finding a delivery service. However, in the process my identity was stolen. I had sent him $1,000.00 for a deposit. There was no contract whatsoever of purchase. Just to hold the vehicle until I could find a carrier. Unfortunately, I am now dealing with the situation where my accounts are being monitored since I am in the process of sorting identity issues out. I emailed Mr. Bechtel and asked him for my deposit back. Below you will find the email dialogue.
