This was a totally relaxed transaction. There was no pressure from the dealer and he was very willing to do what was needed to the car before we took it home.

My son purchased a 2003 Ford Escape several years ago and never had any major problems from Doug Bechtel Auto. He recently totaled his Ford in a flood and the first place he decided to go and purchase another vehicle was at this auto dealership He purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty which runs great this past August. My son stated that his heater did not work yesterday. Bechtel Auto was called and even though the warranty was over, they said they would look at it. We dropped off his vehicle today and they fixed it and did not charge my son anything. I just wanted to let everyone out there that is thinking about buying a used vehicle,this is a great place to go. I also purchased a jeep in the same week that my son bought his jeep. Also loving my jeep. Doug and Lance are great to do business with. They are good honest people and I will continue to do business with them again.
