Previously, my experiences have been pleasant. This past visit was downright terrible. Lack of communication from the service advisor is the heart of the issue. I had to keep calling for updates. Originally told on Saturday that I’d get a call Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon, I stop by to hear “oh, I was just about to call you.” Proceeded to tell me what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix. Looked up the part, said they had one in stock. Thursday they should have my vehicle done. Called them Wednesday to confirm timing, but was too busy and said they would call back. My advisor never called back. Thursday, called a couple times and finally got a hold of my advisor. Told me another technician had taken the part and they had to order another one. New time was the following Monday (9 days after original drop off). No update on vehicle. Tuesday, called but could not get a hold of him. Wednesday, called told my advisor would call back. Advisor did reach out and told me Thursday (next day). Thursday, I reached out to confirm. Had to call me back and then told me Friday. I confirmed that I could pick it up Saturday (2 weeks from initial drop off) and drop off the rental without additional charge. He confirmed, but said the vehicle would be ready Friday. Called on Friday afternoon to see if the car would be ready as I was on that side of town. Told that the car would be worked on on Saturday and ready then. Called Saturday morning and asked for a time when in would be ready that day as it had been two weeks. Told it would be ready by two. Advisor calls me later and said it was ready early. This was the second time since I initially dropped off the vehicle that the service advisor reached out with no prompting from me. The first time being the date of drop off to tell me the car would not be ready that day and I’d need to get a rental car. With a price tag of a bit over $2k due to work needed in getting the A/C fixed, I would have expected more communication. I’ll take my business elsewhere, and when I finally replace my vehicle I know another dealership I would not go to. More

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish This was, without question, the best service experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. I had to reschedule my original appointment, and the phone represen without question, the best service experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. I had to reschedule my original appointment, and the phone representative was kind and accommodating, offering a wide range of available time slots. I ended up choosing a Saturday at 2 p.m. Upon arrival, the intake garage was understandably busy, but I was immediately greeted by a young lady who began the check-in process with professionalism and care. She informed me that David would be my service advisor. I had several questions regarding service options and warranties, and she took the time to patiently walk me through each one on her screen, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her knowledge and attentiveness made me feel confident and respected—not once did I feel rushed. She then personally showed me David’s desk and escorted me to the waiting area. The entire check-in process took just about five minutes. The waiting area at Beaver Toyota continues to impress. It’s always clean, well-stocked with free and paid food and drink options, and has plenty of seating. I especially appreciate the bar-height tables with outlets—perfect for getting work done while waiting. As usual, I received a welcome text message and regular updates about my vehicle. I also received a message from a salesperson offering to provide a quote for my current car and help me find a new one—something new, though I didn’t respond since I absolutely love my Toyota Crown. Impressively, my car was ready in under 45 minutes. I was busy working and missed a few calls and texts from David. When I went to find him, he had stepped away, but another advisor quickly offered to assist. Just then, another employee directed David to me. The attentiveness and coordination between the staff truly stood out—it felt like a team genuinely invested in my experience. David, my service advisor, was exceptional. From start to finish, he was warm, courteous, and extremely personable. His genuine smile never faded. He had all my paperwork ready, explained the service details clearly, and even walked me to my car. As he opened the door for me, we had an unexpected but deeply meaningful conversation about our shared faith. It was a moment I welcomed and truly needed. I left with my vehicle well-serviced and my spirit uplifted. Without a doubt, this was the best Saturday afternoon I’ve had in years.
