Great Customer Service On 12/31/2017 I rode off the lot with a new 2018 Camry XSE! I honestly paid more for it than what was offered at Milton Martin in Flowery Branch. Let On 12/31/2017 I rode off the lot with a new 2018 Camry XSE! I honestly paid more for it than what was offered at Milton Martin in Flowery Branch. Let e tell you why I chose Beaver (at a higher price) over Milton Martin! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I left Milton Martin because the manager continued to tell me he had a lot of customers and couldn’t wait on me hand and foot (so to speak)! I went to Beaver and everyone was amazing! Andrew and John did everything they could to find me what I wanted and they didn’t mind me being wishy washy with a million questions! Most of all they made me and my son feel at home! They even played with my son and offered him toys and his very first Beaver stuffed animal (which we all joked about)! While no one ever likes paying more; it was truly a no brainer to purchase with Beaver Toyota cause i felt like family by the time i left and my son had a blast! Now if you can imagine a 3 year old waiting hours for a vehicle then you can imagine how horrible that could have been but it wasn’t! Thank You Andrew and John for a great experience! More
How All Dealerships Should Look and Operate I was first introduced to Beaver Toyota via a commercial on December 29. I was in the market for a new car but had planned to continue to save money a I was first introduced to Beaver Toyota via a commercial on December 29. I was in the market for a new car but had planned to continue to save money and pay off debt to help my credit score, so I was not going to buy until April. But when I viewed the commercial, I had to see what Beaver Toyota could offer me. The ad said, no payments until April! I was excited but apprehensive. We went to the dealership and both me and my partner were blown away! The look of the dealership did not look like any dealership I had been prior. It was much more relaxed and decorated beautifully for the holiday. We were immediately greeted by Darryl Lyles, one of the Sales Professionals. He was gracious, almost like he was inviting us to his home that he was very proud of. He took us on a tour and I knew right then, that even if I did not get a car today, I would definitely be back in April! After a little bit of time, speaking to several people and testing driving the SUV I did not know I was dreaming of, I left with a new 2018 RAV4! The customer service, from Darryl to the Finance team, other sales people, the insurance department, and everyone at Beaver Toyota far exceeded my expectations or experience at any other dealership! Did I mention that you do not have to want for anything! They have a full restaurant there on site, so when I come back to get (oh yeah, my free oil change for the life of my car) I will not have to make sure I bring snacks! I would and have already recommended Beaver Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle or even if they would just like to experience what real customer service that is good is at a dealership! More

No regrets Sheryl Mazzeo is the best, hands down. She's very personable and professional. When I first saw her, I thought "Awwww! I want to hug her!" She gree Sheryl Mazzeo is the best, hands down. She's very personable and professional. When I first saw her, I thought "Awwww! I want to hug her!" She greeted me with a real hug and I consider her to be in my family of choice! Sheryl is not a pushy salesperson; in fact, she went above the call to get me the exact truck I wanted. Sheryl also gave a me tour of the dealership--this is worth the trip. It is beautiful and I won't list the extras here-you'll have to experience it for yourself. And they are dog friendly too! Also, shout outs to three more people: David Kroupa, Manager for the Beaver Insurance Agency--he is very efficient and I plan to follow up with him for a quote. He also has excellent taste in Tacomas! Grace Burgos in the Service Department--Sheryl introduced us so that I would have a contact for future appointments. Good energy! Jeremy Marx in the Finance Department--he is very pleasant and professional; he took time to explain everything and again, was not pushy at all. More

Great working with Sheryl in sales. My son Chris had bought a new Seinna a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience when buying a vehicle. Being from Kentucky I found out they just offered in the south so I told my son I looked at a used one at Beaver, so I will look at it after Christmas. Well they sold it so they had another truck that could add some accessories to make it look like the one I wanted so after I got down he took me out to the dealership and I meet his sale person (Sheryl) from there on things went great. She helped add the accessories to make my truck Special. So thanks to Sheryl My attitude about car sales people changed. Had a great experience truck buying. More
