She really listened to my requests and respected my communication preferences. I never felt pressured or that pervasive feeling that she just wanted to sell me a car, without regard to whether I was really happy about it or just trying to get out of there in one piece. We drove over an hour to the dealership because we knew this was the right place and Sheryl the right person to help us. Then as the icing on the cupcake we meet Mr. Stuart in financing. Truly an amazing guy. A big, kind and gentle teddy bear of a man. He made the most unpleasant part of buying a car (money) almost effortless. He was organized and knew his business. She was very direct and responsive to any and all questions. Sheryl found the car we wanted and worked with her sales team to give us an amazing online price. We visited the dealership the next day to finalize the purchase! By the way, their in-person price was not one penny more than their on-line price, which is astonishing in itself! While at the dealership, Sheryl gave us a tour which included meeting everyone from her sales team, service center team, financial leader, to the VP/Managing Partner. The dealership is not only beautiful, it is well thought-out down to the smallest details, keeping the convenience and comfort of their customers and employees in mind.
