On a previous visit it was diagnose .My wife's 2012 Journey had little to no heat and with winter upon us we needed it repaired quickly and correctly. On a previous visit it was diagnosed as the heater core with a hefty price to replace it. We made arrangements so the car could be in the shop for 2 days. Knowing that the dash needed removal to replace heater core BCCDJ was my 1st and only service dept to do the job. Jess our service advisor was wonderful to work with and our tech Russ is top notch. Everything worked out smoothly, even the service financing they offer. No squeaking or rattling in the dash and car was washed. Now she has plenty of heat! More
