What Others Say

I bought the reasonably priced package for three oil changes that include tire rotation, and they do a short inspection of the vehicle and list Red/Yellow/Green depending on what is found. My Son took his vehicle in to drop off on Friday, to be serviced Saturday morning because he has Military Duty and couldn't take it and wait. They didn't have any envelopes in the drop off box, so he had an regular envelope and put the info on it and deposited the key in the dropbox. They contacted me the next day and said the vehicle was done so I got a ride out to pick it up. When I arrived they gave me the key and I asked for the R/Y/G paper. The guy said I had to talk to Tyler (who was on the phone) after waiting, Tyler told me that the envelope only said oil change, so they didn't do any of the rest of the stuff. He said we should've written it down that we wanted a tire rotation & vehicle check (which I already paid for). I told him there were no envelopes, so how are we supposed to know what to write down! He didn't believe me about the envelopes so he went and checked the box himself. I left very disappointed because it's such a hassle to drop off a vehicle because they said they don't do reservations. I've left four messages for (Rachel R.) over the last two weeks and I have not heard back. I'm told she is the service manager, and I have an issue with the work (not) done to my vehicle and the way I was treated by the staff, and I have yet to receive a call back! This is very disappointing! My oil was overserviced, tires not rotated, and the red-yellow-green check sheet not completed! Why pay for a package only to receive this kind of service and then to be ignored.

Thank You for the very quick fix on my car! When I first called on Monday morning,(talked to Jamie) he said he was all booked up until Friday, unless something came open unexpectedly, I informed Jamie I'd need to be towed to the shop for whatever the repair was going to be and I really didn't care, the car would be at the shop instead of my garage. Later that same day Jamie called with an update on the repair, wow!, he had an opening and the tech had already accessed the issue, recomended the repair and quoted the cost. done! I'm not sure how it is with everyone else but my experience was awesome, got the car back the very next morning and a car wash to boot. Awesome job by the team and especially Jamie for keeping me updated and superior service. fist bump man! Thanks again

Worst garage in the tri-state area. Scam artists and genuine pieces of xxxx. Never go here. They will lie to you and then try to charge you 4X what they originally quoted you. Scam artists and thieves apply here, they’ll hire you on the spot. Wish I could give less than one star.

I bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse from them. Not even 5 days went by when I started having engine trouble. Stability traction and ABS. My car would jerk and the and screwed with the breaking. They said because I did not purchase a warranty through them they could not do anything. I feel because it's only been a week they should fix what they just sold me. Feel like I got a lemon. I think I'm going to have to look up lemon laws and get a hold of an attorney to go after them.

Buyer beware when going here. They should not be in the used car business. I have bought many vehicles from them over the years. I will NEVER EVER go here again. The car I purchased was not in their possession for 24 hours when they had it listed. No one ever looked the vehicle over to see if there were any problems. I purchased it on Thursday 6/4/20 and it was in their garage 6/8/20, 6/15/20, and 6/22/20 for it not starting right away when you turn the key, the check engine light came on, and the gate bracket drops into place when the gate opens. Josh from Service actually told me that they are not equipped to repair GMC vehicles. They claim the bracket on the gate dropping into place is normal (it is not). They cannot find anything wrong with how it starts. It takes 30-45 seconds to turn over when you try to start it. So it was back in again on Thursday 3/4/21 for the same issue. Again, "we can't find anything wrong with it". So they kept it over the weekend. I had to call for an update on 3/8/21 for again "We've been starting it over and over today and it's not doing anything different". They drop it off. I go to move it and it won't start. If you cannot fix the cars you sell, then you shouldn't be in the business. Not to mention the condescending tone Josh uses to talk to females. If I was a male, he would not be speaking to me in the tone and mannerism he does. DO NOT BUY OR USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

My daughter Amy and my wife and I recently went to Beaver County Chrysler Jeep Ram in Beaver Falls Pa to test drive a Jeep. I spent about two hours there but finally decided the Jeep and the deal that they had for us wasn’t what we wanted. They had advertised that with a test drive that I would receive a $50 gift card with a voucher that my daughter and I both gave to them. This hasn’t happened. My daughter Amy has emailed Victoria and Cody twice over the last couple of weeks and Nick recently four days ago and no one has responded. I think after all these emails we should have heard something. Was the gift card false advertising to get me in the store, I don’t know. But I think it’s pretty RUDE that no one has taken the time to respond to my daughter’s emails. We won’t be back there anytime soon. Lou naccarato
