It was easy to schedule an online appointment. I was assisted as soon as i drove up. The staff were kind and it was a reasonable wait time as they were pretty busy. Highly recommended!! I have always had great service from Beaver until this recent visit. My console cover on my 2022 Colorado had cracked. My truck is still under manufacture warranty. When I went to Beaver to get it replac recent visit. My console cover on my 2022 Colorado had cracked. My truck is still under manufacture warranty. When I went to Beaver to get it replaced, the service warranty representative informed me that GMC wouldn't cover it, as it was wear and tear and not a manufacture issue. This is the 3rd new Colorado I have owned. The first 2 had the same issue. Both previous dealerships replaced them no questions asked. This is a manufacturer issue to have all 3 crack. The manufacturer is the one that made these covers out of cheap plastic or vinyl. Although Beaver did cover the labor, I had to pay 59 dollars for the new cover. Why would GMC cover the other 2 and not the 3rd. Doesn't make sense. Beaver is willing to lose a future sale over 59 dollars. I have 2 more free oil changes left that Beaver it more than welcome to keep. I will not be doing business with Beaver in the future. My next new purchase after February 2026 will be from another more Reputable dealership who stands behind their products. I CAN TRULY SAY BEAVER LIVED UP TO THEIR SLOGAN, WE ARE HERE TO WOW YOU. I WAS DEFINITELY WOWED AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY. Beaver should take care of their present customers in the future. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. My turn to WOW Beaver. You lost my next new purchase and any family and friends planning on doing business with this dealership. WOW SEE YOU. More
Corey needs to learn communication skills to your customers. The only response I received from Corry was I will find someone that will tell you the exact same thing, which make no sense. Because you had our vehicle from 7/2 to 7/24, we couldn’t use our boat. The said thing is Corey could care less. It wasn’t until I talked with Dustin before things got moving, I really believe Corey was playing games with me and seeing how long he could keep my vehicle because he knew I wasn’t happy with the time frame. For a position that sits at a desk by a phone he never reaches out unless you call and leave a few messages at his extension. Public relation training for him would go a long way for he has none.
