John was great on Tuesday. You guys had a power outage so all service was delayed. We left to do errands and we returned when power was restored. It took 3 calls to the service department, leaving a voice mail each time, to set up the appointment. Then drop off took 15 minutes with no contact from staff before I walked up to an employee for them voice mail each time, to set up the appointment. Then drop off took 15 minutes with no contact from staff before I walked up to an employee for them to take my keys and get the work done. I told John that I would be leaving immediately. 4 hours later I had not received any update regarding the vehicle so I called and was sent to voice mail (I did not leave a voicemail). 30 minutes later I called again this time I did leave a voice mail. Finally one hour after my voicemail I called again and the woman who picked up the phone physically walked over to John to get my answer. That answer being that the vehicle was ready 5 hours ago. I will not return. More

We paid for a trifold bed cover for our new truck that was purchased April 2nd, however the service personnel installed the wrong bed cover. We had it removed and waiting for the correct cover to come i was purchased April 2nd, however the service personnel installed the wrong bed cover.
