Awesome Dealership!! My sister and I came over the mountain from NC to look at cars . Our salesman was KEITH BEASLEY and he was GREAT I have to say he’s probably the Best car salesman I’ve ever done mountain from NC to look at cars . My wife went to the dealership looking to buy a new car. There is a current deal going on during the pandemic and they were absolutely horrible. Told her they could get the payment where we wanted it, but never mentioned that it included the high interest which was supposed to be zero percent due to the deal. The manager harassed her because she told them she was waiting on her husband and he made snarky comments about not being able to make a decision on her own. I personally never made it to the dealership before she walked off. I hope this review helps. More
WORST EVER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE!!!! Stewart was rude, short and didnt listen to a single concern I had. beaty sucks i paid 6800 for used g35 wouldnt negotiate prices. told me nothing was wrong with vehicle, besides a loose splash protector and i asked them if t i paid 6800 for used g35 wouldnt negotiate prices. told me nothing was wrong with vehicle, besides a loose splash protector and i asked them if they could quickly attach it and they didnt even do that. they' made getting tags alot harder than it had to be. lied about the condition of the vehicle now im fixing it with my own money because my g35 is having trouble turning over, also they wiped all codes so i had no idea of the issues i were facing until your stuck in the pouring rain at midnight at grocery store. needless to say they are cunning liars who are not helpful and suck at there job. beaty sucks, id rather go to a private seller with a rebuilt title at this point More

Deceitful and unscrupulous Prior to 2018 I had not experienced problems with this service department. Earlier this year, when in for an oil change, a technician approached me in Prior to 2018 I had not experienced problems with this service department. Earlier this year, when in for an oil change, a technician approached me in the waiting area holding a dirty air filter and cabin filter which he reported were from my vehicle. I declined to have them replaced. Minutes later, my car was "ready". In is necessary to remove the contents of the glove box as well as the door in order to access the cabin filter. Nothing was disturbed in my glove box and sufficient time had not passed for a technician to replace these filters causing me to believe that the filters did NOT come from my vehicle and this action was a ploy to increase services and charges to my bill. Yesterday, I arrived at my scheduled appointment time for another oil change. The default service on the order included tire rotation ($49.95). I stated that I only wanted an oil change (no tire rotation) which was advertised on the board at $42.95. One and a half hours later, I saw that my vehicle was parked outside. I mentioned that normally, a technician comes to the waiting areas to notify the customer when the vehicle is ready. She said that she had called my name in the waiting area and also on the overhead speaker. I had been wearing a headset during my wait to watch videos. These were clearly visible. I asked her how long ago she had called my name and she replied "15 minutes ago". She gave me the bill which exceeded $51.00. Upon review I noticed that I had been charged a separate fee for the oil filter. I asked for an explantation from the service technician who had checked me in but did not find his answer to satisfactorily explain the discrepancy between the posted price and my bill. I thanked him and stated that I "would not be returning". At that point he quickly offered to remove the charge and a credit was issued. Attached to my bill was a "Multi-point Inspection" which identified no problems with my battery or coolant. I was aware that my 2012 vehicle had the original battery and had observed a volcanic mound of corrosion around the terminal. The "inspection report" indicated the battery was fine. The report also indicated no problems with coolant, which upon inspection was empty. To summarize the reasons I will not return and do not recommend this service department: - deceitful practice of showing dirty filters that did not come from customer's car - misrepresentation of charges - inaccuracies in "inspection report" - inefficient service (1.25 hours for oil change) - lack of reasonable effort to notify customer that vehicle was ready More
Awful service Took my truck in to have them check out my torque converter that was locking up on me. Still under warranty. They said they couldn’t do anything because there weren’t any codes coming up. I’m sorry, but when the vehicle behaves seriously abnormal at the service center it should be looked at. More
