Deal was made before we got there! I looked for a Jeep Summit on line from a few dealers, I got the best price at Beaman Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealer, I dealt with Mike Lutwinski the sale I looked for a Jeep Summit on line from a few dealers, I got the best price at Beaman Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealer, I dealt with Mike Lutwinski the sales manager. We made a deal for my trade-in and the new Jeep between the internet and telephone. My wife and I went down to pick-up the Jeep, no surprises when we got there, just great people. We dealt with Mike, George Cox sales associate and Jeremy Brooks in Finance. Very friendly, easy to deal with individuals. The whole process took around an hour. Couldn't be happier!!! RJI More

Patrick understood, we haggled pretty hard and I'm sure he's glad that we're not still dealing, but he honored every single thing that Beaman said, and then went above. He was completely honest on a used vehicle, for which they would not make much, even knowing that I was quite capable of checking out what the van needed. Yet, he still treated us as if he was selling a new vehicle, we were never treated as "second class". Actually, even a couple of days later (today), he treated us as if we bought "new" and pressed the service people to help us. I will never hesitate to contact Patrick Gallagher for an auto issue! Very underhanded dealership and salesman. I asked this dealership to bring a van from another Beaman dealer out of town in for me to look at as I was in the market for a new van for my family. I asked this dealership to bring a van from another Beaman dealer out of town in for me to look at as I was in the market for a new van for my family. They got the van down here and my wife and I went and looked at the van. We really liked the van and started negotiating on the price. We had told them the price we needed to stay at to be in our budget and made a final offer before we left late on Saturday night. A few minutes after we left Dan contacted us and said they would continue to work on the price on Monday and would talk with us then. Dan had texted and left me a voice mail both on Monday morning. He did come back with an offer close to where we needed to be. I tallked with him Monday morning and told him my wife and I were discussing it and would give him a final answer in 30 minutes. About 20 minutes later I texted him and told him we would take the van at his new price. We were going to the bank to get a cashier's check for the van and just as we were pulling in the bank he sent a text and said he had sold the van to someone else right out from under us. This is a very sorry way to do business. Our company buys service trucks and had recently bought a new truck from this dealership. I will assure you i personally will never go to this dealership again for anything and will make sure the company I work for never buys anything else from this dealership!!!!!!!! More
Scammed me to not cover warranty So I purchased a new ram 1500 a few months ago. A week or two ago I noticed the paint chipping/bubbling. Pushed on it and found rust underneath. Later So I purchased a new ram 1500 a few months ago. A week or two ago I noticed the paint chipping/bubbling. Pushed on it and found rust underneath. Later that week my back seat blooded from a manufacturer error with the trucks. When I brought my truck in to BEAMAN Chrysler dodge keep ram the body technician saw the spot. He immediately called to the service technician and said he should send this matter into Chrysler. (Saying it should looked to be a manufacturer mistake) when the service technician seemed to realize he'd have to get this fixed he immediately began arguing with the body technician. The body technician stood his ground though. So next while I'm standing there watching the service heck began rubbing his pen on the spot! Scratching if up and town with the metal tip. (Even jamming it around a spot he said felt like had been shot by a BB gun). Then he drew on the spot with his pen!!! (See picture with spot clearly colored in from technician). I was going to lose my head over the matter but felt best to wait. So I left my truck to have the leak fixed and was told its be 457 dollars for the rust spot to be fixed. Inmediatley when I left I called Chrysler and explained the situation. Next day I picked up my truck and then pushed the matter further. Their way of solving it was by calling the technician and asking what he did. He then went on to say he only pointed at it with his pen. (Look at the picture with the pen mark...) they then said that if it has a BB Mark that it's an outside sourc e and they can't cover it. I explained he put the mark there! They said I could take it some place else for a second opinion. I then explained anyone who sees it now will see pen mark and scratches and immediately say it's an outside source! So, in here questioning if this is how Chrysler handles their warranties and situations with customers? Also, is this what BEAMAN does when they have to take care of something? I know there are cameras in that service center and I asked both Chrysler and BEAMAN to look at the cameras to prove my point! Chrysler has no control over that I was told and BEAMAN will get back to me. Have to say if I wanted a flooded truck with rust spots I wouldn't have purchased a $44,000 truck but any used junker. What do you think about this? Scam or what is this More
Best first time car buying experience! This was my first time buying a car on my own. I was able to turn in my old one and buy the new car of my dreams. I was worried about the whole process, especially coming from a car salesmen family, but they proved my prejudgments to be wrong. I think everyone should use Beaman. I live in Franklin and made the trip 40 miles to Murfreesboro because after I read reviews it was clear they were the one to use. If you are in the market or just need advice these are you people!!!! He was very friendly right from the beginning, and was a pleasure to work with. The exact vehicle I wanted was not at the dealer, which I already knew. Ray and Mikey busted their tails to find me everything I wanted and located the Jeep at a dealer in Texas. They worked with the other dealer and got my new Jeep to Murfreesboro for me to pick up. I cannot tell you how nice Ray was, and I appreciate that very much. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. They will continue to get my family's business! More
We came into the dealership a little over a year ago to check out the Durango. Our family was expanding and we needed a larger vehicle than our Nitro. Mickey was the salesperson that helped us at that time. We told him it would be about a year before we were ready to purchase. After deciding which trim and other conveniences we wanted we went in and test drove one they had on the lot. It was not the one we wanted, but they were able to locate the exact vehicle and negotiate with the other dealer to get it. Mickey is very laid back and not pushy like sales personnel at other dealerships we visited. It was a great buying experience and not intimidating at all. More
