Wish I wouldn't had I brought a used chevy cruze for theses guy, thought I was going to be great good deal, not to bad on milagesl! I was so happy... BUT then, less then two months later the transmission went out! I was so upset. Called the dealership told them what just happened.. They asked well did you buy a extended warranty? Well no, becuase they told me it was as is. They told me they would ask the sale manger to see what they could to and they would call me back. Never happened! Call again the same thing. Told me they never had me in a system. I didn't know what to do, I should be replacing a big part with any car at 75xxx milage on it. Finally had it, went to the dealership asked for a sale manager. Told him what happened and that was the first time anyone showed me customer sevice. They told they would be it back to the dealership and see what was wrong it. I was grateful for the help. The next day they hit me with the news I needed a new transmission, I was heart broken. He told me it was going to cost 3000 to fix it. I didnt have the money to fix it. He offered to pay half and that was it, and of course I didn't have 1500 at the time it was December. ( and NO! I didn't go out and buy any gifts,) So I was out a lot of money and out a car. My finally thought to myself was could they help me out and trade the car and help in getting me another.. The answer was No... I had giving up, just bring it home and waiting until I save the money was the other way. Thanks to my great boy friend, he call Ford of Murfreesboro and explained what just happen. They understood and helped me and played off my car and got me into a brand new car without a high payment and save me!!! I hugged my sale person named April!!! I love my 2016 ford focus. I think of the world of these place... As for the other I hope you see the issues I have with them, and Never!! Go there. More
