Two cars were done efficiently as scheduled. Theschedule called for my wife and I to bring ywo cars in and waite for one and come back in the afternoon and pick the other up after a 30k maintenance. The is by far the worst service department I have every experienced. The techs apparently don't know the proper tools to use to get the job done or don't want to work on older vehicles (97 model) being ol experienced. Because the service person said they probably shouldn' work on older vehicles. Customer service is horrible. And I'm sure they do great at getting kudos or whatever bonus they get, for sending people over to the sales department after they mess up their car so bad that it's cheaper to buy a new vehicle ! This was by far the worst experience of car buying my husband and i have been through. We bought our car not even two months ago and we are already getting things fixed. we took it to get an oil change a husband and i have been through. We bought our car not even two months ago and we are already getting things fixed. we took it to get an oil change at sears ( we dont live in the area) and they tell us they cant proceed to change it because theres a leak and theres oil caked on to the entire right side of the vehicle. so we drive back to have them tell us its the crank shaft seal which was leaking bad and those DO NOT just go bad. especially on a low milage vehicle. so then they tell us we have to pay for it because we did not purchase the extended warranty which to fix could cost at least a grand and during those two months between getting interior work done and the remote not working properly we've probably only had it for three weeks b.c its been in their shop getting fixed. they do not keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle when getting worked on. i was told i would get my car back today and now they are saying monday it is a BIG inconvenience when you have someone else's vehicle and you live out of town. i am very surprised that a reputable dealer like this would have a car on their lot for sale with so many defects and bad customer service. More

We bought our first Ford at this dealership. After visiting several dealerships among several brands of vehicles, this dealership impressed us the most with friendliness, professionalism, and fairness visiting several dealerships among several brands of vehicles, this dealership impressed us the most with friendliness, professionalism, and fairness. We have not used the service side yet so whether that part is just as good remains to be seen. We bought a beautiful 2009 Ford Escape that we feel we got a good deal on. The employee, Manual, that we worked with has been great in making sure we were satisfied with the entire process. More
