Initial service quote was super high for no reason. Dealer came back with a lower quote after I made it known I work on my own vehicle. I asked why they didn't provide me with their revised quote first. I feel bad for new/ existing customers that are being taken advantage of by service departments just because they can. Im sure there are multiple customers who wont hesitate to swipe a credit card no matter what the price, but I will not. I’ll never be back to this dealer. More
