I have always wanted a F-150, and I absolutely love my new truck!! More

Bait and Switch Bait and switch by sales person to get us to come in. We asked for a new car to be transferred from another dealer in the area because we really want Bait and switch by sales person to get us to come in. We asked for a new car to be transferred from another dealer in the area because we really wanted to buy from Beach Ford, and we were ready to buy. He said that dealer’s car was a demo with 1800 miles on it that we wouldn’t be happy with it, and offered he had a new car with the same color and make on his lot that he wanted to sell us. We went to Beach Ford and he drove us around the Beach lot to find it, and it wasn’t there. It was loaned out to a Ford employee and when it was brought in a few hours later, he said it was a demo with 5000 miles on it! We have purchased from Beach Ford previously from this sales person and feel like we were treated very poorly. Will not purchase there again and will certainly tell family and friends about our experience. More
