Without a doubt he wasn't just trying to sell me a car he had my best interest in mind, putting me in to the perfect vehicle. It is safe luxurious economical. As a newbie to all the modern bells and whistle's, he took the time to show me all the features, and was very patient. I think what impressed me the most was his expression when I got into the vehicle and my face lit up with excitement and pride ...and pure exhilaration. Nobody's perfect Beach Ford has had its ups and downs with service but over all I have been satisfied. My Fusion has had a few recalls and a major warranty repairs. T Beach Ford has had its ups and downs with service but over all I have been satisfied. My Fusion has had a few recalls and a major warranty repairs. These services were not without a hitch though. First the throttle body which was recalled the following week. They charged me for the repair but later refunded after I came in with the letter. Next the vapor lock on the gas tank which they inspected on a recall and months later I get the check engine light. I was informed Ford will not repair a recall after the part is inspected. Again much complaining to the service manager, they repaired the problem free of charge. Now for the oxygen sensor and computer. Oxygen sensor went out, no problem replaced but, check engine light still won't go out. The computer is bad. So had file a complIant with Ford. Beach Ford repairs look the problem weeks and charges me. Ford resolves the complaint and I am refunded for the repair. I get all my oil changes for $10. Tires rotated and routine service here. Have seen lots of turnover in help but a few faithful employees. Service personnel are cordial and the new service area is much better than the old. Overall, no dealer service is perfect but Beach Ford has met my cars needs so far. More
Worst repair service visit and revisits ever The vehicle went in for routine maintenance, some warranty work, and to program a key. When I got the car back it smelled so bad. I thought I was smel The vehicle went in for routine maintenance, some warranty work, and to program a key. When I got the car back it smelled so bad. I thought I was smelling grease/ oil because I was at the car repair place with a lot of vehicles around. I had to open the windows on the way home in 90 degree weather because the smell was coming from my vehicle. When I called the next day they wanted me to wait two days before they would take care of it. I agreed at first, but when I went out to my car I realized I could not use it the way it smelled. I called back and said I could not drive the car that way. I was told I could bring it in but it would be a wait because they were working me in. I waited a little over an hour. By the next afternoon the car was smelling again. I called back and it was agreed that I would bring it back in the next morning. Again another hour wait. I had to wait over 30 minutes to see the person who was to help me and then for them to work on it. Finally after three visits my car can now be driven with closed windows. Minor things of note: 1. The trash from the oil change sticker and the old sticker were left on the floor. 2. The seats were checked on the passenger side and all three were left in different positions than when I brought it in. The front one was so far forward and tilted a person could not get in it. The middle seat was down when the rest of the row was up. The rear seat was up when in had been down like the other side to carry cargo. The warranty work could not be completed that day because a part needed to be ordered. I dread the thought of taking it back in for more work. More
Awesome Service! My battery light came on Sunday afternoon and I knew the alternator was probably the problem. I brought my Mustang in Monday morning around 9:00 am a My battery light came on Sunday afternoon and I knew the alternator was probably the problem. I brought my Mustang in Monday morning around 9:00 am and Tom Best took care of it. The alternator was replaced by the afternoon and I was on my way. Stress-free and friendly service from Tom. I always bring my Mustang to get serviced at Beach Ford with Tom. More
