I usually wait at the dealership for routine service to be performed and it is always professional and typically prompt. All sales and service staff are extremely courteous!! My new service writer, Chris Langdon, listened to and communicated my concerns to service technicians during a recent regular service interval drop-off. A recurring intermittent A/C operation problem was properly diagnosed and corrected at no cost since I had opted for the 10 year/100,000 extended service plan at time of vehicle purchase.
