What the sales person didn't tell me is that it didn't cover 15,000 mile service on fuel injectors or fuel filters. That is additional cost to the customer. More

Worst service imaginable Had my Escape in for service 3 weeks ago. Tire pressure was completely off after the service. Today the car wouldn't start, battery completely dead. Roadside assistance found totally corroded battery terminals. I just wonder what is Beach Ford's understanding of service ? I am really questioning if the actually changed the oil or just charged me for it. Mr. Barton, it's the small things that make a dealership stand out positively, yours only stands out negative. This is the third car I bought at Beach Ford but it will also be the last ! Our previous Escape was sold to us with a motor containing faulty bearings, we'll known to them according to their shop manager. The motor had to be replaced with just 1500 miles on it. Mr. Barton, you can brag and smile on TV but this doesn't make your company any better. Listen to the complaints in the reviews and show leadership by cleaning up in your company ! More

Never once did we feel pressured or stressed through our entire process. Tanner worked diligently to find us the right vehicle in the exact color I wanted and made magic happen. Diana has been an Angel working to help finalize our previous lease in a smooth manner and made sure to help give us the most information for our current situation to help ease the burden. All in All I can not say enough AMAZING things about this dealership and the way they work together as a team to make sure their customers are taken care of.
