Great Service! Took 2011 escape in for tire rotation, oil change and state inspection. An issue was found with front end linkage which would cause inspection failure. Becky notified me promptly to explained the problem. She then recommended some other maintenance I should have done so I authorized work to be completed. She went the extra mile trying to see if my vehicle extended warranty would cover the front end issue however, the mileage exceeded the allowable range. When I picked the vehicle up, Becky explained everything they did on my Escape. She also explained in depth some questions I had before I left. Becky has always been a super star in my book when it comes to customer service and loyalty to both Ford and her Customers. My grandfather was owner of West Herr Ford in Hamburg New York and always said the salesmen sold the vehicles but the service managers and mechanics kept the customers coming back. He was right! More

Service My service writer was great. Becky was new to me as Tom had been my writer for many years. That part of things were great. I had a recal. On my 201 My service writer was great. I told Becky what I thought was going on. A noise under the hood ( I say it's the compressor). Noise when driving 60mph on left and then at 70 mph on the right......I said I thought it was the luggage rack. I have extended warranty and wanted these checked. Sure enough it was the compressor but assured it meets factory quide lines. The noise at certain speeds was the molding and luggage rack as I said. $67.00 to tell meI diagnosed my car properly. NOW the noise happens at 30 mph........ As a woman I do feel like we are ripped off. I try to get most of my work done else where and will continue to do hat More
Recall/check engine light I Brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for a recall notice and a check engine light. I was told the light was on for a purge valve. I took my vehicle to my I Brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for a recall notice and a check engine light. I was told the light was on for a purge valve. I took my vehicle to my tech who I've been using for 20 + years. They installed a new purge valve since Beach Ford told me that is what the issue was. After installing it the light was still on so my tech did more investigating and found a blown fuse. He then installed the new fuse . I started my vehicle to leave after the repairs we made and when I put my Escape into reverse the fuse blew again . After further investigating the tech found the O2 sensor harness dropped and blew the fuse. He secured the harness and installed another fuse. Guess what??? I drove to NJ/ NY and no light! Soooo Monday I went to the "Service Director" Walker Ellwanger and explained what transpired. He looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Since Beach Ford misdiagnosed my problem and I paid for the diagnosis and a part that I didn't need I was looking for some sort of compensation. NOTHING!!!!! I ended up paying over $600.00 for things I didn't need! My money is important to me and I will NEVER go to Beach Ford again! Everyone makes mistakes but it's what you do afterwards to make things right that really matters!!!! More
