Brought my 2013 Ford Escape for the 3rd time in a year due to the check engine light coming on. I only drive to pick up my kid from school and grocery shop. All 3 times they want to charge me $118 just f due to the check engine light coming on. I only drive to pick up my kid from school and grocery shop. All 3 times they want to charge me $118 just for the diagnostic When I spoke with the service manager and the branch manger this most recent time, they tell me there’s nothing they can do to wave that and my car is 7 years old so this is common! So, basically if you buy a Ford it’s only going to last 7 years until it becomes a money pit and even though it was just in their shop 4 months ago. I keep up with all my oil changes and barley drive it. To pay another $118 for the 3rd diagnostic is absurd, let alone the fact that it keeps happening! I do not recommend a ford to anyone!!! Get a Nissan!!! More

Started up car and something came up about climate. I figured it was shut off, drove off but could not get heat to work. I figured have my husband check I was doing something wrong. Should have turned car around and went back but was late. Well my husband could not fix it so back we went after Thanksgiving. It got fixed again but I let my husband take home this time entire hood covered with bird droppings! We garage car so keep it clean, could you not wash it before returning it. It is disgusting so many droppings. Most dealers run it thru wash for curtesy. We can not be only ones with car covered with bird droppings. My husband wants to buy a new Ranger but thinking we should go to Cavalier. We buy all cars their, but disappointed in mess on car. More

The wipers were just 2 months old but I was told that they would not pass inspection. Cant find the problem, just guessing! Recently took my Fusion in for repair because it started making grinding/whinny noises from the engine whenever I released the accelerator. I stated Recently took my Fusion in for repair because it started making grinding/whinny noises from the engine whenever I released the accelerator. I stated that I feared my eco boost turbo was acting up. They stated they has several service technicians and managers listen/drive my car and stated it was the belt tensioner. So I took a day off work, spent $300 in parts an service, and the noise is still there. Notified the service dept it wasn't fixed, took the service tech for a ride, he verified it was still there, they took it back into service for another hour, stated they are not sure what it is. Said they had several technicians look/listen and THINK it could be the turbo, bypass, waste-gate, just not sure until they start replacing parts! Which could cost thousands!! $$$ So now we are just playing the guessing game at the service department, and its costing me $$$ not them! More
